I encourage self aware individuals who have a desire to heal whether physically, spiritually or emotionally, to reconnect with their inborn healing abilities & restore harmony in their bodies, through receiving compassionate touch healing. You can expect to feel love & compassion being energetically poured into your body and extended to your heart & soul.
My clients tell me that unlike other massages they’ve had, where the healer seemed to just be going through the motions, they felt my touch was very intentional and intuitive, as though I was literally encouraging loving & healing energy to flow from my hands into them. Well…That’s because I was and I do.
I practice out of a safe, welcoming & non-judgmental space at 590 KLO Rd #109 in Kelowna! The lounge offers a dark & cozy cave-like atmosphere, lit by Himalayan salt lamps which are beautiful for cleansing the energy in a room. It's like they soak up all the negative vibes, leaving the space feeling lighter and more serene. The studio also offers a client washroom, infrared sauna and shower, on-site client parking, flexible schedule availability, wheelchair/elevator access & coffee/tea service.
In addition to massage, Shakti Lounge also hosts a 45 minute group fitness class, focused on low body conditioning, called THICC BOOTY! Details, pricing and booking can be found in the app.
I am also currently launching a workshop series called “Sacred Shakti Collective”. It is an immersive group workshop, a safe space to share, to receive, to practice self acceptance, to explore our sensuality, body image, beliefs, to heal and grow, to stand in a beautiful relationship with ourselves and other like-minded women, that is intended to ripple and extend to our partners, our families, our friends and our community of women as a whole.
