CedarCreek Estate Winery is one of the first 8 pioneering wineries of BC and released its first wines in 1987. Today, we look proudly towards the future to further promote our region and after three decades of building our wine’s reputation, we’re constructing a winery to match it. We’re looking for dedicated and passionate employees to join our team and help us bring the CedarCreek wine country experience to a whole new level.

About our team:
At CedarCreek, our team is built on trust and humility. We know it takes a village to move mountains (or vineyards in our case) and that there is no room for egos in a small team. Home Block Restaurant:
Our Home Block Restaurant at CedarCreek Estate Winery is nearing it's debut and we can't wait to build an energetic and passionate team to execute the opening in May! Between the views, the details, and people, it will have you feeling like home in no time. Paired with our stunning wines, our food at Home Block will be based on timeless cooking methods and techniques that have been around for centuries; simple, bold, punchy and uncomplicated. Day in the life:
Our sous chefs are responsible for the executing the daily menus as well as the leadership of the kitchen brigade. They are responsible for fostering strong supplier relationships and work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Want to know more? You will…
• Create wine friendly menu options utilizing fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
• Provide consistent product presentation while maintaining CedarCreek standards
• Control all inventory, ensure consistent food quality, and train new staff
• Assist the Executive Chef with administrative paperwork in an organized and timely fashion
• Assist the Executive Chef to source and purchase high quality foods at a reasonable price
• Maintain and develop strong relations with suppliers
• Execute the culinary component for special events
• Assist the Executive Chef with providing recipes and handling media requests to promote CedarCreek in a positive manner

Must haves:
• Five years of experience, including 2 years of leadership
• Red Seal papers or completion of an internationally recognized education program
• Local & Global Wine Knowledge
• Highest standards of hygiene and safety
• Positive work ethic and professional attitude
• Food Safe Certification
