The Role.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing the overall social media plan for our group of real estate companies, designing marketing materials for our Sales Associates and assist with event coordination . You have the unique ability to create content to promote our agents, our listings, our services & our communities while learning what the consumers are after.

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a social media coordination and marketing role, preferably in a professional service industry
• Knowledge of the real estate or property management industry would be an asset.
• Experience managing the creative process - strong instincts, creative and evaluative skills.
• Exceptional creative skills – writing and experience in creative development including but not limited to Adobe InDesign (Mandatory), Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and taking initiative.
• High energy with an entrepreneurial drive to succeed.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and reside in Penticton, BC or nearby areas.
• Ability to work occasional Saturday is required.
• Under the mentorship of the Business Development Advisor and Broker Owner you will establish and execute the strategic social media direction for our group of companies.
• Complete monthly social media content calendars, promotions and advertising plans, complete analysis of competition, consumer insights and establish benchmarks for success.
• Assist the Business Development Advisor in developing the overall marketing strategy for each fiscal year which includes promoting our agents & our services.
• Assist the Business Development Advisor in planning and executing events and promotions.
• Design content for real estate professionals including but not limited to business cards, social media content, real estate signs and flyers.
• Assist in maintaining our website, office social media accounts and google business account.

This individual is professional, reliable and is able to work autonomously most of the time but also as a part of a team when required. This position is Monday to Friday but requires covering at least one Saturday a month.
