Social Media Coordinator

BNL is on the search for a Social Media Unicorn! Now, in professional terms in standard agency type language, this job description would be referred to as a “Social Media Coordinator” BUT BNL isn’t like any other agency so… we’re going to stick to Unicorn.

BNL is a social media management agency located in Vancouver, British Columbia. However, we work on a digital nomad model so location is not the most important thing about this job. The MOST important factor that comes into play here is:

- You must LOVE LOVE LOVE social media and all things marketing.

- You strongly resonate with our brand energy, our values of living a life where Breathe, Nourish, and Love are at the forefront.

- You are open to ebbing and flowing with the energies of a business that run on the energy of the wild universe and powerful moon cycles.

- You are passionate about supporting local businesses and seeing them thrive whether it’s in person or online… you will do anything to see them succeed.

Now, for the official Social Media Unicorn Job Responsibilities:

- Execute a results-driven social media strategy for all of our clients that are individually catered to their brand’s purpose.

This role and BNL is quite fluid and you will be supported by our amazing team of community managers to ensure that no balls get dropped. One of the key components of working with BNL is to ensure that you never feel like the entire success of each client is on your shoulders alone. You will work closely with BNL’s executive team as well as Megan, the founder and CEO.

We are here to ensure that your ideas are validated and also available to offer support if you are feeling stuck.

BNL works within the standard hours of 9-5pm Monday through Friday. However, we do acknowledge the need for some randomized structure to allow for creative flow so if you have peak creative hours that exist outside of this structure we are more than happy to accommodate.
