We are seeking a friendly & detailed oriented Customer Service Representative / Scheduler to join our team. This position prioritizes & coordinates service calls via phone & email, along with other general office duties. The ideal candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, attentive to detail & have a positive attitude to work calmly in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills & who works well under pressure with customers & co-workers.

This positions responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:
Plan and manage employee work schedules to service commitment requirements. Follow up on open requests with employees/customers.
Maintain customer database, communications with current information & status updates/ appointment reminders.
Answering incoming, multi line phone.
Develop a thorough understanding of the dispatch system, GPS and other applicable systems.
Very strong customer service skills and ability to liaise and effectively communicate with major customers and employees.
A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with various office duties & pulling electrical permits.

Job Type: Full-Time, Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Customer Service & Scheduling: 1 year
Electrical knowledge or background would be an asset
Microsoft Office
