We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative who is interested in joining our growing team. In this role you will take responsibility for generating new business opportunities for Account Executives through a proven sales process. You will manage a pipeline of leads, and learn how to conduct efficient and effective email and telephone campaigns to generate business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute a proven sales process involving targeted email, social media and cold calling to generate new business
- Work closely with Sales Development Manager and Account Executives to maintain sales pipeline
- Maintain a high daily rate of outbound emails and cold calls
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas
- Opportunity to contribute to innovating the sales process and strategic input for growing our client base


- Enthusiasm for working in a start-up environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in team environments
- Highly ambitious and motivated

Bonus points for:

- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Previous sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and/or other Lead Generation tools
