PART TIME - Office Assistant


We are a busy furniture repair company seeking a positive and outgoing service oriented administrative assistant for a PART TIME position. This position requires exceptional computer and customer services skills, along with friendly pleasant phone manners. Applicants must possess exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
We offer a positive environment along with shift flexibility.
This is a permanent but part time position only, so please do not apply if you are seeking full time employment.

Job Requirements:
Answer phones
Provide timely follow up calls
Scheduling multiple technicians for daily service calls, so knowledge of the Okanagan Valley is a must.
Invoicing
Receivables
Light bookkeeping duties
Strong ability to prioritize and multitask

Preferred Skills, Education, Certification, Abilities:
High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years office/administrative experience
Excellent computer skills
Good typing skills
