Order Management Specialist

Norelco Cabinets is a locally owned and operated cabinet manufacturing company celebrating over 50 years in Kelowna!

We are seeking to hire a new full-time Order Management Specialist to our team! The opportunity to work in our manufacturing facility means you get to be part of a team striving to continue achieving leading edge craftsmanship and award-winning cabinetry.

he responsibilities of the Order Management Specialist include but are not limited to the following:

- Enhancing relationships between Designers/Dealers and Norelco
- 20/20 Support – cabinet design and estimating with our in-house 20/20 catalogue
- Working with Pipedrive CRM
- Assist with detailing custom drawings
- Order entry, service, and work order support
- Troubleshooting and product knowledge with all sales channels
- Organizing shipping and LTL freight rates
- Quote verification – ensure pricing is correct according to the product catalog
- Creation of work orders and import into the ERP system

Qualifications:

- Comfortable with Windows Office programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team oriented
- Able to listen to and follow direction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with following is an asset:

- 20/20 Design
- AutoCAD
- Cabinet construction
- Kitchen design
- Customer service experience

This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, on-site position at our manufacturing facility.
