Office Assistant - Maternity Leave

Argen Canada is currently seeking an energetic and bright Office Assistant to temporarily join their team for the coverage of a maternity leave. As a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, Argen Canada offers digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment as well as dental software integration services to dental labs and dentists.

Based out of Argen’s beautiful new office in Kelowna, our ideal candidate displays a strong commitment to teamwork, getting things done and a positive attitude. Supporting multiple functions in the office, the Office Assistant is responsible for:
• Answering phones
• Accepting Orders
• Back filling other positions for vacations
• Administrating refining settlements
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed
• Assisting with a variety of projects as assigned

Our ideal candidate will display great attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and experience working in a fast-paced environment are key to this position. Finally, candidates will have exceptional organizational skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
