Licensed Optician

Your day involves being responsible for selling, selecting and fitting premium eyewear

Other tasks include giving advice to clients on lens type, offering in-depth knowledge of products, and performing eyeglass repairs along with follow-up patient care. This is in conjunction with consistently offering excellent customer service

Our main focus is customer experience and ensuring we develop lasting relationships.

Knowledge and Skills

Optical dispensing experience
Knowledge of and ability to apply current optical theory and practices
Strong customer service and communication skills
Applicant must be empathetic and able to foresee the needs of clients.
Previous experience in customer service and retail sales
Applicant must be able to multitask.
Licensed by the BC College of Opticians is a requirement
Knowledge of edging equipment is not mandatory, but a plus
Applicants for this position should have optical experience.
