Primary Role:
Primary role is to work with project managers, designers, programmers, engineers and clients to design and create a Controls Graphics Package that meets design intent or exceeds design intent to meet Kimco standards.
Review architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings to accurately reflect the exterior and interior of a building, including associated BMS systems.
Design and implement accurate HTML 5 Graphics. Physically check each click.
Responsible to organize and template graphic files and maintain and accurate list of each site.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, with careful attention to detail.
Passion for graphic design and eagerness to collaborate with others.
Continued support to Project Completion.


Required Qualifications:
1 + years of graphics design experience.
A degree or diploma in graphic design.
Experience using design software.
HTML 5 experience, is an asset.
BMS, HVAC & Electrical Systems knowledge, is an asset.
