GLAZIERS-$27-$36/hr - SIGNING BONUS

Rutland Glass is looking for outgoing glass professionals or hard working individuals with CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE to join our team IMMEDIATELY! We are looking for experienced glaziers AND ALUMINUM FABRICATORS; journeymen, and apprentices for our COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL installation departments.

SIGNING BONUSES are a available for skilled workers (minimum 3 years in glass installation). Yearly discretionary PERFORMANCE BONUSES are also offered for all.

The ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

- Experience in the glazing industry
- Basic knowledge of glass/aluminum products
- Work well in a fast paced team environment
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service/positive attitude
