Dispatcher - Job Description

ROLE: To be the first contact for technicians in the field, dispatching the right tech to the right call 100% of the time. Updating customers throughout the day and maintaining customer satisfaction through clear and concise communication. Parts ordering and miscellaneous office/clerical duties as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Second to the phones only to the Customer Service Representative
• Dispatch the right tech to the right call 100% of the time
• Deliver an authentic deliberate script 100% of the time
• Update customers regarding booked appointments at critical times throughout the day
• Establishing and managing customer expectations
• Manage the daily call schedule effectively
• Work with the Customer Service Representative to manage and solve schedule modifications/changes
• Respond to customer requests and be the second line for resolving customer issues by following the companies plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Work with the customer service representative to complete the unconverted call process for all unconverted demand calls
• Encourages repeat business
• Provide and manage purchase orders for technicians in the field
• Efficient and organized parts ordering and parts management
• Adapt to change and take on new tasks as necessary
• Report directly to the owners and service manager
