F/T Finisher Sprayer/Prepper

We are a very busy high quality finishing shop currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic sprayer/prepper. Duties include the ability to spray cabinetry preferably using the Kremlin pump gun but willing to train an experienced sprayer, applying and wiping stain, prepping procedures. Experienced techs will receive first consideration.

All duties include:

Spraying primer, clear and solid lacquer.

Applying all stain applications

Prepping for spraying, including sanding from start to finish

Sorting, accurate measuring, counting and stacking cabinetry on racks

Final clean and wrap for customer pick-up

Ideal candidates will have:

2 years experience a must

Experience working with a team and taking direction

Good communication skills

Ability to look outside the box with a positive attitude

Reliable and punctual

Ability to take lead and work independently

A valid drivers license and vehicle
