Front Desk Agent - Part Time

The Siesta Suites Hotel is accepting resumes for a Front Desk Agent, part time, permanent. We offer exceptional co-workers and long-term opportunities. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings. A minimum of 1 year front desk experience is preferred.

This position requires the following:
-Exceptional interpersonal relations and communication.
-Excellent trouble shooting skills.
-Ability to work independently.
-Deal with change as required.
-Able to remain calm and professional at all times.
-Must have a passion for working with people.

Responsibilities will include:
-Arrivals and departures.
-Reservations, cancellations and changes.
-Responding to customer requests.
-Balancing of accounts.
-Investigation and resolution of guest concerns.
-Assist guests as needed.
-Clerical duties.
-Other duties as assigned.
-Positive attitude.
-Strong work ethic.
-Adherence of company policies.
-Always striving for excellence in work performance.
