Financial Services Assistant

This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to advance based on your passion and drive. On any given day you might:

• Greet clients delivering a personalized and memorable welcome,
• Answer client calls with an infectious welcome that lets clients know their important,
• Schedule meetings and manage team members calendars,
• Manage our Client Relationship Database,
• Prepare meeting documents,
• Work with your teammates on projects to meet firm goals,
• Develop systems and processes to maximize efficiency,
• Assist in client event planning, and
• Ensure the smooth operating efficiency of our office!

As the first and last person our clients interact with you will have a bright smile, an outgoing personality, and a passion for creating an exceptional client experience. You notice and care about the details. Your ability to think outside of the box, and to genuinely connect with people will set you apart.

You will need strong proficiencies in MS Office such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Maximizer CRM (are assets but not required) along with well-developed written and oral communication skills. Previous experience in the financial services industry would also be an asset, however more important is your desire to work in the financial services industry.
