Okanagan Equine Veterinary Services is NOW hiring two part time employees for our 2021 Breeding Season. Positions available immediately in Kelowna, BC. Must be physically fit and have your own reliable transportation. Must be comfortable handling all types of horses including stallions, mares, and foals. Must be able to work some weekends and evenings. Duties include feeding, cleaning stalls and paddocks, assisting with reproduction, general farm work, assisting with unloading hay, administering medications, and routine horse care. Wages dependent on experience. Candidates must currently have equine experience and basic knowledge of horse husbandry. Opportunities to grow into full time positions and further training available.
