Customer Service Attendant |$15-$17

An exciting opportunity is available at Sonic Wash for a full time Customer Service Associate / Car Wash Attendant. This position involves frequent interaction with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Duties Include:

• providing customers with a great understanding of the benefits of our products and services
• processing store transactions and cash handling
• store inventory
• basic food prep (frozen yogurt and toppings)
• cleaning and organizing
• sidewalk snow removal, and general site maintenance
• directing cars onto the tunnel wash conveyor

• ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• capacity to communicate with customers in person or on the telephone
• address and resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic manner
• maintain a calm, professional, friendly demeanor under periods of stress
• consistency with attendance and punctuality
• motivation and eagerness to learn
• capability to work independently and seek out assistance as required
• team player with a can-do attitude
• ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
