Construction Administrator

Plan B Contractors is growing again. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual for the following position of Construction Administrator.

Skills required:
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office and computer literate
- Accounting software experience (Sage 300 Contractor experience would be wonderful)
- Should be able to deal with issues and queries effectively
- Must be able to drive to work
- Adhering to project coordination standards, including forms and processes which drive timeliness, accuracy, ethics and professionalism
-Effectively communicating with other departments, ensuring maintenance of customer service standards and enabling effective project management
- Maintaining a positive attitude and communication style with customers and employees in all circumstances
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable on contract jobs when necessary
- Handling time cards and subcontractor invoices for processing

The expected hours are 32-40 hours per week and please state your desired hourly wage.
