Client Services Administrator

- Greeting and assisting new and current clients, offering a safe and welcoming space
- Booking prospective participants into weekly sessions
- Making follow-up appointment reminders
- Organizing and maintaining the reception area and classrooms
- Answering telephone calls and re-directing calls appropriately
- Managing centre-based voicemails and maintaining staff phone directory
- Ordering and receiving inventory relevant to office spaces and supplies
- Provide efficient and effective data entry, clerical, and administrative work relating to registration and progress attainment of participants, in accordance with approved standards and guidelines.
- Completing daily walk-throughs of the office spaces to maintain health and safety standards.
- Volunteer onboarding administration support as needed.

Wed love to hear from people with:
- Minimum of 1 year office administration and customer service experience in a large office setting or for multiple project-based businesses.
- High aptitude in working with technology, learning new systems, and proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and exhibit superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
