Child Minding Volunteer

At the YMCA, volunteers offer their time and skills to our programs because they understand that the Y is so much more than a gym. It is a place for better health and development for ALL—kids, teens, seniors, entire families—in our community, no matter what they can or cannot financially afford. Everyone can belong at the Y.

Parents or guardians can enjoy a workout or swim within the facility while their children are in the care of qualified staff and volunteers. We provide supervised play with age-appropriate toys, arts and crafts as well special care for babies.
