Cabinet Factory Sales Rep
Norelco Cabinets is a locally owned and operated cabinet manufacturing company.
We are seeking to hire a new full-time Cabinet Factory Sales Representative to our team! The opportunity to work in our manufacturing facility means you get to be part of a team striving to continue achieving leading edge craftsmanship and award-winning cabinetry.
This position will have responsibilities that are both within the office working in our Order Management Team and as an Outside Sales Representative. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Outside visits with dealers up to 50% of the time:
- Enhancing relationships between Dealers and Norelco
- Increasing Dealer sales volume within an assigned territory
- Visiting Dealers and providing training on product knowledge, quoting, catalogue, introducing new products, order entry, service entry, receiving orders, reviewing handbook, updating samples and other training as required
- Regularly report to the Manager on growth, strategy, and future planning
- Organizing material and booking meetings for travel schedule
- Showroom meetings when required
- Attend Trade Shows to network with new customers and potential manufacturer’s reps
- Travel to the United States to assist in building the dealer network
In-house working within Order Management Team at the office up to 50% of the time:
- Working with Dealers throughout the drafting and ordering process
- Order entry support
- 20/20 Support – cabinet design and estimating with our in-house 20/20 catalogue
- Service and work order support
- Organizing shipping and LTL freight rates
- Report to the Order Management Supervisor when in-house and work with the Front-End Operations Manager to set expectations with new markets and the existing dealerships
Our Cabinet Factory Sales Representative must:
- Have excellent and efficient written and verbal communication skills
- Have and maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to travel to the US
- Be self-motivated and have a desire to sell
- Have working knowledge of kitchen design and cabinet manufacturing
