The Culinary Team at Fairview Mountain has the responsibility of providing club members and guests with high-quality and consistent food dishes, meeting all of the members' and guests' needs within specified standards.

Responsibilities + Requirements

Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, recipes, policies, and procedures.

Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food product at line stations to assure a smooth service period.

Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation.

Able to work days, nights &/or weekends

Must have FOODSAFE Certificate

Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.

Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised

Be willing to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed.

Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience is essential and required
