We are looking for an experienced,Red Seal Certified, or 3rd year apprentice Automotive Technician, specializing in diesel, to be a part of an engaged team focused on excellence in customer satisfaction. We are a 2nd generation Okanagan business who believes honesty and dependability create genuine relationships that last.
Successful applicants will be working closely with a small team of committed employees.
You will require a Class 5 Drivers License with abstract. Welding experience is an asset. Basic computer skills, as you will be entering or editing work orders and invoices. Excellent telephone/interpersonal communication skills are mandatory for interacting with our customer base in an effective, friendly and professional manner.
Responsibilities and Duties
In this role responsibilities include:
• Perform accurate diagnoses of a variety of vehicle conditions and provide effective repair recommendations.
•Interpreting work orders and vehicle manuals.
•Writing service reports and quotes.
•Thorough repair verification to ensure optimum quality control and repair success.
