Intermediate/Senior Architectural Technologist
Level of Experience:
Minimum 10 years in architectural office
Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000 annually plus bonuses, group health benefits, and parking

Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for an Intermediate/Senior Architectural Technologist responsible for the production of construction documents and assistance with construction administration with the following required skills and experience:
• Minimum 10 yrs relevant experience with an Architectural firm
• Completion of a Building Technology program with a professionally recognized institution
• Experience with all phases of architectural services including Construction Administration
• Demonstrated expertise in building technology including wood frame, steel and concrete construction for multi-family and commercial projects
• Extensive knowledge of the BC Building Code
• Project Management and/or Design experience a definite asset
• Proficient in Revit with a working knowledge of Sketch-Up, Photoshop, MS Word, MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
