Administrative Support Clerk
The EMPLOYEE will be expected to perform the following job duties and hold the below qualifications:

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a related environment
Must have and maintain a valid provincial driver’s license
Proficient with MS Office and Google Drive
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency is essential for this role, as is the ability to communicate with a diverse group of internal and external individuals
Ability to work independently
Strong customer service and communication skills; excellent attention to detail, and passion for accuracy.

Duties:
Administrative Support Clerks assist with processing invoices for goods and services that the Coldstream bought on terms and general office duties. This list is not all inclusive and is subject to change at anytime with notice.

Assist with:
Mail
Reception
Shipping and Receiving
A/P
Visa reconciliation
Bank deposits
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $28.00 /hour
