Administrative Sales Position

We are a growing company, looking for an energetic and keen person to join our dynamic team.
Here are some details about the job:
- Detailed data entry, processing invoices, posting activities and sales
- Follow up via email & phone calls to clients on related issues
- Other office admin & clerical duties as assigned (ie: answering phones, filing, mail outs)
The successful applicant should have:
- Professional and courteous manner to customers, vendors and co-workers via phone, email and in person. You need to be clear and concise
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Detail oriented mind set, with ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Great organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Willingness to learn & adapt to new tasks/duties as the company grows
