We have an exciting new opportunity to join Alpine Aerotech as an Administrative Professional in our office located in West Kelowna, British Columbia. We are seeking a goal-driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who is committed to developing their professional skills and helping us build on our exceptional reputation. As an Administrative Professional, you will use your expertise to:
• Work within our Planning Department to quote and process work orders and work packages
• Liaise with customers, employees, and managers to solve issues and provide information
• Process month end closing procedures, reports, analysis and forecasting
• Answer phones, direct calls and greet visitors
• Provide status updates and other ad hoc reports
• Crosstrain with other Finance positions and provide coverage when required
• File, scan, maintain records, and other duties as assigned
We would like to review your application if you have:
• Business Diploma or Office Administration Certificate
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good business acumen with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy with data entry, and strong proofreading skills
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office programs
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize numerous tasks
• Positive attitude and work well within a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English
