Accounting Assistant


A busy, centrally located office in Kelowna is looking for accounting support.

This is a permanent, half time position. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years accounting experience together with a solid understanding of the full cycle accounting process. Attention to detail is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle General Ledger, AR and AP transactions
- Banking and bank reconciliations
- Government remittances
- Payroll submissions and changes
- Assist with period end reporting
- Working knowledge of accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
