College hires new data expert

Okanagan College has a new associate director of data, analytics and reporting.
Sai Manda steps into the role armed with a bachelor of mechanical engineering degree and two master’s science degrees—one in mechanical engineering and the other in subsea engineering and energy trading. He earned the both master’s degrees from the University of Houston.
Manda has work experience in a wide range of industries, including finance, research, aviation, travel, technology consulting and banking.
Okanagan College’s data analytics team was formerly known as institutional research.
“I am thrilled to join Okanagan College and share my passion for data,” Manda said in a press release. “I look forward to contributing to the growth of the data, analytics and reporting team at OC.”
