New home for veteran optician

Glenmore Optometry has added plenty of experience to its roster of opticians.
Industry veteran Rich Woodhouse has joined the fold at Kelowna’s Glenmore Optometry after previously working at iSight Optometry. He has 43 years of experience in the business, starting out in the Lower Mainland before moving to the Okanagan in the early 1990s.
“My time in the industry has given me a considerable education that allows me to focus on providing you the best options for your prescription or non-prescription needs,” Woodhouse said in a Facebook post.
Glenmore Optometry is located at 532 Yates Rd., which is next to Starbucks, and is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“We are thrilled to have Rich join our team,” Glenmore Optometry’s Dr. Darren Hatchard said in a press release. “His experience and dedication to excellence makes him a valuable asset to our practice, and we are confident that he will provide our patients with the highest quality care.”
