Okanagan Edge and Kelowna Chamber of Commerce are partnering to showcase some of the region’s most exciting entrepreneurs through the “Top 40 Over 40” program.
Sponsored by BDO, the “Top 40 Over 40” recognizes high-achieving professionals in our community and showcases their accomplishments. This marks the ninth year the chamber has conducted a “Top 40” showcase. Honourees will be featured throughout the year on Okanagan Edge.

Ferreira radiates a positive enthusiastic energy. With her talent, charm and knowledgeable experience, she easily develops solid relationships with her clients, colleagues and vendors. With more than 20 years of experience in producing events, communications and marketing in hospitality, Ferreira brings experience and awareness of growth in the events industry.
In addition to an impressive client portfolio, Impact Events also owns five large community festival style events. When not working you will find Ferreira exploring the region’s local wineries, restaurants and lakeside adventures with her dog, Penny.
