Okanagan Edge and Kelowna Chamber of Commerce are partnering to showcase some of the region’s most exciting entrepreneurs through the “Top 40 Over 40” program.
Sponsored by BDO, the “Top 40 Over 40” recognizes high-achieving professionals in our community and showcases their accomplishments. This marks the ninth year the chamber has conducted a “Top 40” showcase. Honourees will be featured throughout the year on Okanagan Edge.

Lani Rae is a longtime resident of the Okanagan. Her in-depth personal knowledge of the area, coupled with her confidence and skills as a certified negotiation expert have garnered her a successful career as a Realtor.
Early on, Rae was recognized by Century 21 as its “rookie of the year.” She has continued to reach milestones, including numerous outstanding achievement awards as well as the prestigious Centurion status, which is only presented to a small percentage of top performers worldwide.
It is the benchmark for true professionalism and performance. In her early years, Rae served as an ambassador for her community and was able to travel throughout B.C. and Japan. She’s done respite work with local foster children and takes pride in knowing the positive impact she’s made on their lives.
Rae helps annually with raising funds for the Easter Seals, which sends kids with disabilities to camp. She volunteers with the Kelowna Legion’s annual poppy campaign and has spent years in the past supporting BC Children’s Hospital Bats for Cause softball tournaments.
