A West Kelowna jewelry company has earned an invitation to Paris Fashion Week 2023.
Carolily Finery, which is owned by the mother-daughter team of Donna and Danielle Scheven, will be part of one of fashion’s biggest weeks next October. It’s the second time the company has been invited to take part in a prestigious event, as it was also part of New York Fashion Week in 2018.
“We are excited for the opportunity to collaborate with another fashion brand,” Donna Scheven said in a press release. “As our designer, I am also looking forward to having complete creative freedom to come up with these new pieces. Paris will be a life changing experience.”
The Schevens founded the company in 2015 with the desire to celebrate women over the age of 50. Its collections are handcrafted from materials like sterling silver, hypoallergenic stainless steel, gemstones and pearls.
