A pair of Kelowna companies are among the 10 finalists for B.C.’s Product of the Year, which is sponsored by British Columbia Food and Beverage Association.

Wild Remedies and Farming Karma cracked the list and will compete for the title during a competition on Oct. 3 in front of a panel of judges.

Wild Remedies’ product is Almond Lavender Dream, which comes from its Magick Lattes collection. Farming Karma, meanwhile, has entered its pear soda into battle. The winner will be honoured at the BCFB Awards ceremony on Nov. 3 in Vancouver.

BCFB is a not-for-profit industry association representing B.C. food and beverage manufacturers, whose membership represents approximately $7 billion in industry revenues.

The organization is offering the public a chance to win all 10 products—and tickets to the awards show—through a contest that can be found here.
