What’s your favourite thing about living in the Okanagan? Lakes and mountains. You can paddleboard all summer and snowboard all winter. Incredible wine in an ultra relaxed setting.

If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, who would you choose and why? Christoph Waltz. He’s an awesome actor. I’m sure it would be an entertaining experience.

What’s your go-to happy place? Klub Kalamalka in Oyama. Best way to cool off in the hot Okanagan heat.

What are you most proud of? My incredible wife Shanna. She makes work-life balance look easy.

What are the top three things on your bucket list?
1. Learn how to surf
2. Play 18 holes at Pebble Beach with my father-in-law
3. Learn sign language

What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten? I’ve tried lots of unusual foods in my life … mushrooms would have to be considered the weirdest.

Latest movie or book? Jay Shetty’s Think like a Monk.

What’s the best gift you’ve ever received? My two amazing children, Preston and Cruz.

If today were your last day, how would you spend it? Wake up, kiss my wife and kids, and enjoy every last minute as a family!
