Associated Property Management is in a giving mood this festive season and will be giving away a free month of rent to one of its tenants.

Those who rent with APM and have a household income of less than $50,000 are eligible to apply for the rent giveaway.

All they have to do to apply is send a one-page story to APM about themselves, their current situation and why they feel they qualify for the rent giveaway.

The deadline for application is Dec. 20, and the winner will be chosen on Dec. 29.
