Another section of Bernard Avenue in downtown Kelowna has been snapped up.

The building that is home to 453 and 459 Bernard Ave. recently sold for $2.06 million. The size of the retail space, which currently features Burnett’s Florist and Gifts as a tenant, is approximately 4,900 square feet.

The sale comes only a few months after the building next door, which houses 469 and 473 Bernard Ave., transferred hands for $1.57 million.

Both deals were brokered by William Wright Commercial, with Jeff Brown and Victoria Mitchell finalizing the latest sale.
