There has been plenty of talk about how unique, beautiful and perfectly located The Residences at Lakeview Village is going to be.
It turns out people were listening, because the first building of the West Kelowna condominium development has all but sold out. That overwhelming response resulted in the project’s second building going on the market in September—several months earlier than planned.
“We were going to bring building two on next year, and we basically sold the first building out in July, so we fast tracked the second building out to early September,” Epic Real Estate Solutions senior vice-president Shane Styles says.

The Residences at Lakeview Village is located in the Lakeview Heights neighbourhood of West Kelowna, just east of Boucherie Road, which is also known as the Westside Wine Trail. “Where can you do that in town?” Styles says. “It really is that urban-rural sweet spot.”
Add in the fact it’s just a quick, 10-minute drive to downtown Kelowna, and it really is in the perfect spot. Styles says any biases Kelownians might have had about West Kelowna are getting washed away by the magnificence of the KiND Development Group project and out-of-towners with no preconceived notions are blown away by the location.

The stunning area around Lakeview Village has been well documented, but the homes themselves are just as striking. They will feature high quality kitchens imported directly from Italy and are available in all sizes: one bedroom plus den; two bedrooms plus den; and three bedrooms. Gorgeous lake and mountain views will also be included.
“Lakeview Village is like the Tuscany of West Kelowna,” says Debra Kelly, who has purchased one of the homes. “I also love how unique the entire design is and all the higher end finishes.”

Considering how quickly sales occurred in the first building, it would be wise not to wait too long now that the second is available.
