A 27-unit apartment building in Kelowna is for sale.
Malibu Apartments, which is located at 1979 Pandosy St., is now on the market. It is a four-storey structure with 27 rental suites that were recently renovated to the tune of $1.2 million.

Malibu apartments are owned by Skyline Apartment REIT. Cushman & Wakefield ULC and Royal LePage Kelowna are handling the sale.
