The Tourism Industry Association of BC held its annual industry conference last year in Victoria, just before the COVID-19 pandemic started to pummel the sector.

So much has changed in the last 12 months, and now tourism is ready to bounce back to where it was before, starting with next month’s virtual BC Tourism and Hospitality Conference.

“It is time to reflect, share, appreciate, and dialogue about where we have been and where we are going,” TIABC said in a press release.

TIABC is hosting the event along with the BC Hotel Association from March 8 to 11. There is a long lineup of presenters, keynote speakers and workshops over the four-day event, which costs $99 for one person or $250 for companies of up to four people.

There will even be a Tuesday night craft beer tasting event for $20.

More information about the TIABC conference can be found here.
