The Vaults has proven to be such a popular idea in the Okanagan that the company is adding a second Kelowna location.
The luxury storage development will be built next to the current Kelowna facility, which is located in Airport Business Park. The second building will feature 19 units ranging in size from 1,677 to 3,400 square feet. Pre-sales on the units will begin on Monday, Dec. 7.
“We are incredibly pleased with our first Kelowna development and excited to build off its sold-out success,” The Vaults co-founder and president Joe Mahovlich said in a press release. “Strong demand for premium lifestyle secured storage spaces in Kelowna continues, particularly in a time where COVID-19 has people looking for alternate spaces from their work and home.”
Units at The Vaults feature 27-foot ceilings, three-piece bathrooms, mezzanines and plenty of space down below in which to store everything from cars to RVs to boats. The spaces can be customized to fit the owner’s needs or wants, and the spaces can be used for work or play.
