Preview appointments for the second tower of Bernard Block will begin on Monday.
Bertram will consist of 34 storeys in downtown Kelowna. Mission Group will open the building’s presentation centre, and unveil two display homes, view screens and a full-scale model for potential residents who want to take a peek.
Amenities in the tower are slated to include a rooftop pool, hot tub, community garden, outdoor sports area, indoor fitness centre and a shared workspace on the main floor.
Prices will range from $231,900 for a studio with one bathroom to $959,900 for two-bedroom, two-bathroom sub-penthouse.
Construction is well under way on Bernard Block’s first tower, Brooklyn. A third building, which will contain office space, is also planned to rise on the Bernard Avenue site between St. Paul and Bertram streets.
