Kelowna’s Venture Realty Corp. is expanding into the commercial real estate business.
The company has added Venture Commercial to its portfolio, giving it a full-service division that will specialize in commercial sales, investments and landlord/tenant lease transactions.
Chris Wills is Venture Commercial’s director, while Jason Wills will serve as vice-president. Chris Grout and Clare Pollonais are managing brokers, and Courtney Fedevich is the project lead.
“Venture Realty Corp. is excited to be expanding,” Pollonais said in a press release. “Since 2008, Venture Realty has been offering residential real estate services, but we’ve recently welcomed Chris Wills and Jason Wills to establish a commercial division.
“They come to us with solid experience backed by longstanding, established relationships in the Okanagan. We are thrilled to be working together to truly provide a full range of real estate services to our clients.”
