The Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce wants businesses to know they have a chance to join—for free—a service that allows people to buy their gift certificates online.
The FanSaves Gift Certificate Program is one-stop shopping for those looking for gift certificates but don’t want to leave home. It’s meant to help businesses that are currently open, closed or offering limited services.
The gift certificates will then be used once the COVID-19 pandemic ends.
Once a gift certificate is purchased through the FanSaves Helps website, the buyer will receive a digital gift certificate with a unique code that will be tracked for the business owner in a Google spreadsheet, which the business will be able to access.
Any money received on your behalf will then be transferred to you via direct deposit or e-transfer within 14 days—minus any credit card transaction fees that may come off the top.
