A Kelowna business is celebrating a significant milestone in 2020.

Okanagan Precision Machine Ltd., which was incorporated in January 1995, is turning 25 this year. Jeff and Debbie Tonner established the business, which is a full-service, computer numerical control machine shop.

OP Machine was sold to Otto and Kristin Baumgaertner in 2007, and over the years it grew to service even international clients in a number of industries like forestry, food and verage processing, alternative energy, and specialty prototyping and product development.

Jeff and Lana Janzen are new shareholders in the business, with Jeff bringing financial and administrative skills to the organization. That has allowed Otto Baumgaertner to spend more time on the shop floor.
