The second of four rental buildings at Central Green will celebrate its grand opening on Wednesday.
Park East is the latest building to be completed at the Stober Group development, which is located on the southwest corner of Richter Street and Harvey Avenue. It is a five-storey, 108-unit structure that features micro, one- and two-bedroom suites as well as townhomes with balconies. Approximately 50 per cent of the units have been leased.
The recently completed Rowcliffe Park provides the green in Central Green, and all units in the development will achieve LEED certification.
The final two buildings will be a pair of six-storey structures that will add 210 rental units and six rental units. A pedestrian bridge from the facility over Harvey Avenue is also proposed.
When it’s all said and done, Central Green will feature 400 rental units, 225 condominiums and eight retail units.
