Luxury homes at the Beverly

A new project in Kelowna by West Fraser Developments will bring luxury condos to the Mill Creek area where a high end hotel is slated to be built.

The Beverly development on Enterprise Way at Spall Road will be a stylish six-storey building situated beside the new Hyatt Place hotel. The building, which will be a combination of concrete and wood, will feature nine-foot ceilings, wide-plank laminate flooring, expansive windows, and urban inspired colours.

The homes will feature gourmet kitchens with imported cabinetry systems with seamless pulls and polished-edge quartz countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, deluxe bathrooms with full sized tubs, and premium faucets and fixtures. On site there will also be a bicycle washing station, electric vehicle charging station, and secure storage lockers.

Residents of the Beverly will have access to the next door hotel’s amenities including pools, fitness centre, meeting rooms, and sauna. The Beverly will also feature a unique 5,000 sq. ft rooftop patio with a fireside lounge and tables for entertaining.

The development will consist of 56 studio, one and two bedroom homes. Prices will start at $199,9oo for a studio, $331,900 for a one-bedroom, and $430,900 for a two-bedroom place. Homes range in size from 343 sq. ft. for a studio, 650 sq. ft. for a one-bedroom, and 892 sq. ft. for a two-bedroom home.

Construction on the building is set to be complete in 2020 and sales have already begun for the homes with 60% already snapped up.
