There has been a significant jump at the pump in Kelowna.

Just in time for summer vacation road trips, gas went up by 10 cents a litre Tuesday.

Petro Canada and several other stations are selling the liquid gold for 137.9.

According to gasbuddy.com, only a handful of stations were still at 128.9 as of 1 p.m. on Wednesday.

In Vernon, where gas had dropped by a couple cents over the last few days is sitting between 133.9 and 135.9.

In Penticton, gas is going for 129.9 to 131.9.

And, of course, petrol is cheaper in Calgary with motorists paying between 102.9 to 114.9.
