True Leaf Brands Inc. is trying to expand its online presence as quickly as it can, and a new agreement with a major company should help that endeavour.

True Leaf, which is based in Vernon, has entered into an agreement with Namaste Technologies, a leading online cannabis marketplace. True Leaf’s hemp-based supplements for pets will initially be sold on Namaste’s CannMart.com, an online medicinal cannabis store in Canada.

“In addition to being in more than 3,500 stores across North America and Europe, we’re seeing tremendous growth online with direct-to-consumer sales, so we’re thrilled to partner with Namaste—a trusted name in the global cannabis marketplace,” True Leaf founder and chief executive officer Darcy Bomford said in a press release.

True Leaf products use an innovative formula of active ingredients, anchored by hemp, to target specific pet health challenges such as calming support, hip and joint function, and the supplementation of omega-3s.
